This special Fully Orthopaedic Mattress is made from a Heavy Duty Polyurethane 50 Density - High Resilience Rubberised Foam.  The high density nature of this special rubber due to its high cell count makes it ideal for overweight clients without compromising its shape and supporting factors - However what makes this mattress so special and popular is due to the highly rubberised material it makes it also ideal for normal weighted clients, even though the mattress is graded as an '8' firmness giving you the impression that it is a hard mattress but the high density of the material does not make the mattress feel hard - in fact it is quite comfortable and bouncy which makes it perfect for clients with back pain as it will offer the fullest of support while relieving pressure.  

Optional ventilation system can be integrated into the bottom of the mattress - This will help fight against humidity and mould accumulations in the mattress for clients with a closed bed frame with no slats. Besides the sizes listed above, we are able to manufacture any size & shape required, without limitations.
